Regular License
For a single end product
- Use in a single end product for yourself or one client
- End product can be free or paid (not exceeding one project)
- Modify or manipulate the product as needed
- Lifetime updates for this product
- Cannot use in multiple projects or SaaS
- Cannot redistribute or resell the product
POPULAR
Extended License
For multiple projects and SaaS
- Everything in Regular License
- Use in unlimited end products / projects
- Use in SaaS applications
- Sell products that include the item to multiple end users
- Priority support from the vendor
- Cannot redistribute the original product as-is
General Terms
- You cannot redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer the original files to any third party
- You cannot use the product in a way that competes with Cothery marketplace
- Attribution is not required but appreciated
- The vendor retains ownership of the original product. You are purchasing a license to use it, not the intellectual property itself
- License keys are tied to your account and are non-transferable
License Activation
Each license key can be activated on a limited number of domains (typically 1 for Regular, unlimited for Extended). You can manage your active domains from your dashboard. Deactivating a domain frees up the activation slot for reuse.
Termination
Your license is valid indefinitely as long as you comply with these terms. If you violate any terms, the vendor or Cothery may revoke your license. Upon revocation, you must stop using the product and destroy all copies.
